5. What is the cost to stage my vacant home?
The investment cost varies from home to home with Salt & Shore’s staging projects starting at $2500. The cost increases depending on the size and number of rooms to stage and the price point of the property. Recommendations are made following your complimentary property preview.

6. Does staging guarantee my home will sell?
Nothing guarantees your property will sell but staging gives it a high likelihood. Beautifully staged homes are more desirable and attract more buyers, leading to quicker sales and typically higher prices.

7. How long does my property stay staged?
Until it sells or upon seller request otherwise. The length of Salt & Shore’s staging agreement (contract) is 30 days, with the option to extend monthly if needed. We typically remove furnishings within 7-10 days of closing, ensuring all contingencies are met.
